Group Exercise Classes
Group exercise classes are just one of the many ways to enjoy your Y membership. With over 50 classes per week, there is something for everyone. Youth ages 9-12 are also allowed to participate in these classes if they are accompanied by an adult.
You’ll find something that’s right for you. Try cardio, strength, water exercise, yoga and more. Taking a group class means making new friends and having fun while gaining strength, endurance and energy.
Our skilled and certified instructors provide a welcoming, supportive environment suitable for all abilities. Come out and enjoy your favorite Y classes and instructors with friends as you exercise and stay healthy together.
