Group Training

Group Personal Training is available for members who are looking for a new and effective approach to achieve their fitness goals, while including friends and/or family. Group Personal Training is simply another option for individuals who prefer a small group setting and the flexibility of scheduling a one hour class during a time that better fits their busy schedule.
